The first camera you mentioned is normally sold with the FPV kit for Syma. I own both models of camera and I find the quality of video and photo is comparable for both models. If I were you, I would buy the whole FPV kit. I like the FPV kit because you can see what you are filming or try a bit of FPV flying. The kit is affordable on sites like Banggod or Gearbest. It comes with the camera and a screen. The good thing about the camera is that it has its own battery so you don't use the quad battery when you make a video.
