I am having a problem with my new racing drone. It was bought as a kit from eBay, all new parts. I am new at this, so I don't know if I am doing something wrong or not. The problem: The Naze boots up and the motors chime, then I arm it. Here's where it starts to go wrong. When I raise the throttle, to any level, all 4 motors spin. Then 2 & 4 slowly stop with 1 at a steady pace, and 3 redlining, raising in pitch and pace until at max. I cannot stop this problem. I suspect it has something to do with PIDs, but I have no idea what to do with those. Please help me with this problem! Thanks, Toby. That's pretty common if the quad is just sitting there (not in the air.) Redo your ESC calibration, you can also do it one at a time. It you have the nerve, and are positive you have the correct motor rotation and props, try getting it off the ground.
I have tried to fly it. It does the same thing. I have sent the quad to a quadcopter repair shop. I hope they can fix it
