EHANG has been posting on its fb that they are releasing the next generation of drones on Nov 4th. And they are even doing a countdown: wwww.ehang.com I am wondering what could it be? For the past year their Ghost Drone has been known for its smart app control. Really curious about what kind of new features the new product will have. A past review of the Ghost Drone: Thoughts?
Here is another review - maybe of an updated model? http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2479752 They appear to be one of the player that is actually delivering some stuff - I'm scheduled to make it to CES this year so hopefully I will be able to check out a lot of the newer models. With any of these new machines the proof is going to be in the pudding...that is, the bar is fairly high now in terms of what people expect when paying for a camera drone, so new products really have to deliver a good user experience.
