Need help fitting out 100k Airforce drone

Hi I bought a drone on ebay a while ago from the US, it is very unusual as it was made to put surveillance equipment on wire poles in Afghanistan for the Air force, the guy I got it from said his company built it and it is the size of a desk about 1m x 1m the box is bigger have not opened it as it is sitting outside in the crate with a tarp on it, it can carry a payload of 7kgs which is impressive, but I don't think it has a cam just a high tech 1 of a kind unit, I am not looking to sell it, but would like to fit it out with super high tech stuff, my budget well it really depends on what I can do with it as a commercial use, I would like any input that serious drone experts have it is very interesting he sent me a link to a website which he uploaded vid footage but no longer have the link, but im sure I printed off his details and there maybe a invoice in the crate

No it was USD $3,000k and crating and shipping which was not cheap, it is very high tech from the pics and the precision at which it could put a spy device on a single telecommunications wire, I am quite sure it has been built with a gyro inside to stabilise it, I need to know any advice on how to get it refitted with high tech night vision equipment and anything else and where to get it from.
