So we got our kids a couple of drones (Syma X5C for my daughter 8, and u818a for my son 12) and i must say they are quite fun and much more stable than the last air r/c that we had (airhogs). So i just have to have my own and i have a few questions. My budget will be under $1000 1. Drone with camera or drone with go pro? Which is the better way to go for aerial photography? 2. What are good brands to be looking at? A specific model that i would get the most bang for my buck? 3. Any other tips?
Integrated camera - the GoPro adds complexity and has fisheye and also costs more. The vast majority of camera drones being sold are DJI - 2nd is probably Yuneec/Blade. Check out some of our reviews on the Phantom 3 Standard and Pro..... https://www.droneflyers.com/category/dji-phantom-section/ Even the $500 Phantom 3 Standard is quite capable - but a lot of people suggest the Phantom 3 Advanced due to some of the upgrades in it.
