Issue with Zuzo FX 1 Quadcopter

Hello, I recently received the Zuzo FX 1 Quadcopter for Christmas, well I had family over and one wanted to fly it so I didn't wanna say no so I hesitantly said sure. Well, she flew it and the suction effect (What I call it but you probably know what I am talking about) happened on the roof of the building. Well, I do not know why but now it seems one of the motors are weakened(What I find it seems to be but I am no expert). It will fly diagonally in 1 direction when I try to gain altitude(It stays very near ground level but enough altitude for it to move). I do not know how to fix this as there is no website nor instructions but I am thinking I need to do recalibration. Reasons why I can't have nice things, haha, but really, I could really use help with this issue. Thanks!

 

Make sure all the props are spinning freely, then do this.
