1 can I have video live without cell tower/service? 2 what is the range of said video? 3 can there be a 2 way audio {talk to and hear from drone}? I have a ranch in WV no cell service with hills and trees, could I check on cows from house maybe 1000 meters away? any suggestions? ty
Sure, video and pics travel direct from the drone to your Remote and to your device - and are saved on the drone sd card. Most drones don't have audio because you couldn't hear anything above the props anyway..... What you want to do in terms of range can be done - either manually or with waypoints (an app called Litchi). Longest range current drone model is the Mavic Pro - http://bit.ly/2duSux4 It will go miles....but others will go pretty far....but trees and hills in the way will reduce the range. If they use the program, tho, then the drone can fly out of the range of the Remote and then return (you set up waypoints). Lowest priced model that would do that job nicely would probably be a (older model) Phantom 3 Pro or Advanced) - and the 2rd party app - Litchi. Good Luck.
