    Hi,
I bought the Syma X13 and at first it was very controlable but now it just goes crazy. It did fall on the floor once pretty hard and one of the protection things broke. What do i need to do to get it working like it did in the begining?

It could be a lot of things.
First you have to try to put it on a flat surface and try a gyro reset a couple of times.
I assume it's the same as with the X11:

If that doesn't do it, carefully inspect the gears. Are any of them stripped or is dust or anything else in there? Make sure your props turn well by hand.

One of the known defects of these toy quadcopters is they have very cheap and weak motors. It's no unusually for pilots to have to replace the motors and/or gear after just a few flight - especially if they are crashed a lot. These toys are largely disposable unless you have a lot of spare parts and are ready to replace parts.

    Remove them all now.
