Okay, so I'm new to the forum. I was recently given a quadcopter without a remote or battery from a trustworthy person. So I was curious what kind of batteries and controllers/transmitters are compatible. Ill give a brief parts list. arducopter-just a brand name on it, not sure entirely what it is. some micro connectors are connected. Orangerx- DSM2- this is where I'm curious what kind of transmitter I would need. Qbrain 4x20A quadcopter ESC The moters model number is S2-2122-960KV, the brand is scorpion. I'm pretty sure that's everything, there is a mini tower behind the arducopter board that has no model number or brand name. Thanks for all the help guys!
Orange makes a decent transmitter. http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/__54822__OrangeRx_T_SIX_2_4GHz_DSM2_Compatible_6CH_Transmitter_w_10_Model_Memory_and_3_Pos_Switch_Mode_2_.html Do note HK shipping can be high. Is this what your flight controller looks like? If so, start watching. That's your GPS.
