HELP!!! Radiolink range problem

    Hello all... Im new to the hobby and i bought an lhi220 RTF kit, it came with a a radiolink at9 tx and an r9ds rx, everything online says i should be getting 600km range, but i get rssi warnings at about 20 feet, and lose conection and fail safe at about 30 feet, im so confused and begining to get aggrivated, i cant learn to fly if i cant get the quad out of my lap... someone please help...

    Where/how do you have the antenna mounted?

    I think I actually may have resolved the issue... I had my RSSI alarm set way too low... And I had my antenna mounted parallel to the ground... After changing my RSSI alarm to -80 DB, and mounting my antenna perpendicular to the ground I seem to be getting much more range... Haven't had nice enough weather to really test it out though...
