   You need to give a budget and an idea of exactly what you want to do with the machine.
   Just still pictures? Videos? Etc.

   I count with about 20-30 dollars I could maybe stretch it to 40 but that is the limit. And I want it to take video footage it doesn't matter if it wouldn't take pictures.

   This isn't enough money for anything very good.
   If you can find a sale the Syma X5C may be the best model for you at that price.
