Help choosing a drone! :)

Hello, I've been wanting to get a drone of some sort for a while now. I have a small (Very hard to control) toy quadcopter already, so I have a LITTLE experience.
However I'm not looking for a toy this time. I'm looking for a drone that can take okay pictures, and if at all possible at my price range, okay videos too.
I would like it to be phone controlled, and be stable and fairly easy to fly, at least I'd like it to be able to hover on it's own, which my current toy one can NOT (Hence the "hard to control" part).
What I want it for is to take pictures and videos of me and my friends when we are out and about :) We go on camping trips and so on. AND! we go canoeing every summer, so if it's waterproof/water resistant, that would be awesome!
Interchangeable batteries is almost a must, since I can't really charge it every 8-10 minutes (Isn't that the average battery life on most camera drones?) when we're out in the wild.
As mentioned above I just need an "okay" picture and video quality, meaning not shaky or too grainy, but no need for super HD either :)
As for price, that's where it gets tricky, and also why I'm writing this post, because I can find drones with all or most of these things pretty easily, but I would prefer the price to be at about $150 USD, if possible, although I could probably go up to about $300 USD if nessesary.

    So in short:
    Fair/okay picture & video quality.
Stable and easy flight (ability to hover on it's own).
    Waterproof/water resistant.
Interchangeable batteries (Or at least some easy way of recharging it "in the wild" aka. no computers or poweroutlets).
Price range around $150 USD (If nessesary possibly $300 USD)

Hope I'm not too unrealistic, and that someone here can help me out, thanks so much guys & gals! :)

I don't think anything is available near that price range - you are still well into the toy grade pricing.

In order to be able to hover well - it needs a GPS and barometer.
Nothing is going to be waterproof...not be controllable in terms of when it takes pictures and video.

Anything without a gimbal will be shaky....

Probably the lowest end that's stable is to find a slightly used or discontinued Phantom 1 (about $350) and add a Mobius Camera or one of the Yi or other copycat cameras ($80). You'll need at least one or more spare batteries and a decent balancing charger.....

I was considering some of the ones I've linked below (Hope it's alright for me to link these), anyone got some response on those as possible solutions? :)

And obviously I know that since my price range is quite low, none of these are super high quality, but as mentioned, it doesn't need to be. I just need an okay drone with cam/vid.cam, for hobby use :)

None of those can hover - and all will likely be lost the first time you go camping with them.....if you fly anywhere other than completely open fields and deserts.
I know - I've lots at least 5 similar craft.

In that type of machine the Syma 5C is very well regarded, but again you won't have a stable hover or anything like that. Wind will blow it away, etc.
