So I bought an entry level drone (Wltoys v666) and I am pleased based on price . My question is I'm looking for a good quality low priced (I know what you thinking lol) it's a new hobby for me and I just want a better quality of footage something that's HD and doesn't look like a 70's movie .. Any input would be greatly appreciated .
Mobius, Runcam, Yi and 808#16 are all good choices..... The 808 is about $45 and takes some nice video and even some decent stills (interval shooting). Make sure you get the original - not a cheapo copy! The 808 is also lighter in weight. Of course you should remove as much weight (the foam) as possible to keep the motors from burning out too quickly. I did this video years ago with the same combo...
The price, usually. But the best way is the Seller - on eBay. He's the original... This is the real one http://www.ebay.com/itm/Mini-DVR-808-Car-Key-Chain-Micro-Camera-16-Real-HD-720P-H-264-Pocket-Camcorder-/180776698380
So the more I research cameras the more confused I get . I would like a fpv camera but have zero idea how to make it work on my v666 . I looked at the turnigy hd actioncam and also the tactic droneview . The turnigy looks more of the video quality I'd be happy with but I don't understand the wiring nor the making it work with my monitor . I am a newbie that can't afford all the cool stuff plus I would probably crash . I'm thinking you guys have seen my kind before so any help would be appreciated .
Maybe you should do one of the following: 1. Purchase a complete FPV quadcopter - they have some very low priced models if you look around. or 2. Purchase one of the low cost FPV/Camera combos from Syma or similar. http://www.Banggood.com/Syma-X5C-1-X5SC-X5SW-5_8G-FPV-720P-Camera-with-Monitor-Real-Time-Transmission-p-980090.html If you want to understand FPV and DIY, then we have a beginners article about it. https://www.droneflyers.com/2014/10/fpv-beginners-quick-diy-quadcopter-project/
