Hello, i have a problem with my build. After finishing the build i went to librePilot Grount Control Station and everything worked untill the transmitter setup wizard, it just won't respond to the transmitter, i have checked and found that the reciever outputs 3.3V, is this normal? if not so what is the problem? i have a cc3d board, fs-ct3b transmitter and fs-r6b reciever. the battery was connected when i was trying to do this and the transmitter and reciever were binded.
