Hello, First post here! I have a DJI Phantom 2 Vision+ on the way and am trying to read the on line manual which for a beginner looks a bit over whelming since this quad does more than just fly. To start out practicing just visually and close up can this unit be run with the camera "off" and without it being connected to a iphone or ipad? I would like to practice first with just the quad and controller. Is that possible with this unit? Thanks...
