I sent my P4 to Drones Etc a month ago to replace a broken landing strut. I screwed up the cable when I tried to do it myself, so I sent the replacement parts minus cable to DE. If they have a 4 pin block that's all it would take to fix it. They said it would take a week to 10 days to fix it. I was in Vegas dealing the WSOP and I wanted it back in time to photograph my trip home to Oregon, but NO! For the past 2 weeks I have been trying to get my P4 fixed or at least sent back along with the $90 I prepaid, but all I'm getting is the run around. The technician told me the they moved the shop and the CEO won't send the parts. In the past week they have stopped answering my emails. I sent my P4 to a town in Utah, so I'm going to find the appropriate BBB office for that area and file a complaint. As of now that's all I can think of doing, besides posting warning reviews on sites like this one. I would like to know what other legal options I have. Needless to say I recommend avoiding Drones Etc.
