I am complete newbie to drone world. Looking for a drone to use in real time video surveillance in moderate cattle ranching operation. Need to be able to launch drone to check on cattle, fence lines, storm damage, or intruders and poachers. Need drone that can carry surveillance( including low-light) quality video camera, good range, operating time, ability to return to known location if lose signal. Am planning to buy a low-cost beginner model such as the DJI Phantom 1, but am looking down the road to what I really need. Anyone have suggestions on drones, control consoles, cameras, etc. for this purpose? Am looking for specifications that I need as well as brand/model names. Thanks.
