hi guys I'm just new on here but thinking bout buying a DJI Phantom 3 standard and was looking at the range on it being only 1km . Now I do a lot of fishing and would like to use this drone for sending out via poi to see if there was anyone fishing at the spots that I was going to go to and after looking on google maps it looks like I need 1.2km range . I know its only 200m of a difference and it has a decent camera that might let me see that bit more but would rather get right over the spot. bottom line is would the DJI Phantom 3 do the job. fyi I'm just using poi for ease of use its just one point I'm looking at so a strait line from launch to target and back over water ....1.2km away any info would b great thanks Will
