So I'm going to attempt to make a drone but need to know what battery to get. I know the guide I've found said 3C but I'm not sure what to get exactly. Here are the items I'm going to get and just need to know the type of battery to get. 4 - EMAX MT2213 935kv Motors 4 - 10inch props 1 - EMAX 4in1 esc 1 - OpenPilot CC3D
A 3s/11.1V (12.6V right off the charger) LiPo. Anything from a 1500mAh for faster sport flying to a 3000mAh for longer flight times.
What Platform are you building? I assume something 450 or larger considering your motor and prop choice. Also what do you plan on doing with the drone? Any fpv or just line of sight? Adding any other accessories (gimbal, gps, fpv equipment)? Let us know all about your plan so we can tell you more about the most fitting battery for you!
Any 3 cell lipo battery between 3000 and 5000 mah should serve your purpose. If you're planning on carrying a camera, lean towards the larger size.
