Desingning a device that will control multiple drones at once(DIY)

I want to DIY a device that will control multiple drones at once. Maybe even swarms.

I envision a device with multiple transmitters attached to it that will transmit signal to each drone. each transmitter or signal can be programmable through software on the device or the device plugs into laptop and is programmed through that.


Please help. Would not mind paying the right person for advice here
