    Is there any restrictions on comercial drown photo? If not what is the Normal charge for this service. rdb1949,

    In short, the FAA says commercial use is not allowed. Some judges have disputed this.
    They claim they are working on coming up with actual rules. Even when they do, you would probably need training and a license.

    There is no normal charge since those who do it might do a $100 job for a real estate agent or others might do a $10,000+ job for a movie production.
