My girlfriend gave me the Call of Duty Dragonfly drone for Christmas but i cant find specs for it anywhere. I would like to be able to upgrade it as I just have a liking to the way it looks. Im thinking of taking it apart and just keeping the plastic frame and rebuilding everything and adding a new HD camera. Im quite new to drones but i do have experience with building airsoft gearboxes (not sure if that could help with drones) here is the link to the product: https://www.amazon.com/Call-Duty-Dragonfly-Drone-Camera/dp/B01MROR5W4/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1480356905&sr=8-1&keywords=Call+of+Duty+Dragonfly+Drone+with+Camera
It not worth the trouble. No one seems to even have spare parts for it, so be careful. Learn how to fly and move up to a better quad and try to get one that hasn't been rebadged like many you see on Amazon that are then often overpriced.
Yeah, i realized that after I opened it up last night after a crash. The plastic that is used for the frame is insanely cheap. Its no thicker than a 16th of an inch. Im very disappointed as this wasnt a cheap present for her. Hopefully she can find the receipt for it. Im currently saving up for an Eachine Wizard X220 after seeing extremely positive feedback on it
