Anybody here have any experience with a $30(street price) nano quad copter? Was thinking those might make an inexpensive entre' into quad copters for the kids. Any pointers or pitfalls appreciated.
This is good choice, flys well without overly twitchy controls, the white version is on sale. Good sized remote a plus. http://www.gearbest.com/rc-quadcopters/pp_164622.html Spare parts available too. http://www.gearbest.com/bayangtoys-x9-_gear/ Recommended.
I don't really like most nano sized (tiny tiny) quadcopters for beginning with - they have different flight characteristics than most others. Personally, I suggest either the Hubsan Quads X4 (w prop guards) or the Syma X11 - they are a bit larger and fly better (IMHO) I have not flown every nan0 - but the Estes and the Cheerson didn't endear themselves to me....
