Hi, I have a dbpower x101c, I crashed it into a bush and one of the motors stopped working so i ordered a new one, and I soldered a new motor on and as soon as I plug in the battery it starts to spin. I cannot find a way to fix this. If I need to order a new esc, can someone send me the link? thanks heres a picture of the board: https://goo.gl/photos/2reL2Yq2v9RbTNiv9
That quad does not use ESCs. As far as I can see it's it a discontinued MJX product that has been rebranded. http://www.gearbest.com/rc-quadcopters/pp_203039.html If you are sure that's where the problem lies you'll need to get a new board. That could be a polarity problem, did you use the correct motor, CW or CCW depending where it is?
I can't start a thread yet but have a question, Plain and simple, can I mount a Bugs 3 motor on a Bugs 2 C? I don't care if I have to change props.
