Hi guys, I was just flying with my new Walkera QR X350 Pro and it took a nasty crash from about 20 feet up upside down onto grass. No electronics were damaged and it still runs fine, just the casing is cracked in 2 places and a plastic protective piece came off. Any suggestions on how to deal with this? Here are some pictures:
As long as you aren't overly concerned with how it looks. This has a good rep. https://goo.gl/2RY21h Haven't heard about this one. http://www.ebay.com/itm/CLEAR-RUBBER-TOUGHENED-CA-SUPER-GLUE-1-oz-bottle-MEDIUM-Cyanoacrylate-/351648672259?hash=item51dfe4ea03:g:OzUAAOxy63FS7oqF It 'gives' a bit.
Just got the email, thanks for the advice! If I have the option, should I get a new casing for $20 and do repairs myself for looks, or should I use some of that glue? It turns out it was actually a problem with the remote, so I'm not sure I would need the glue very often.
Sounds like a plan. Don't know how much experience you have, but learning for me involved lotsa crashing.
