What is your budget? Cheap is usually not good - and good is not cheap. The most for the money is probably the $300 total package of the Eachine 250 racer. https://www.droneflyers.com/2015/10/eachine-racer-250-quality-entry-level-racing-drone-just-145/ If you want something for about $100 you can check a Syma X5C and Syma FPV kit - or the Syma X8 (bigger) models which use FPV or your phone as the display.
Don't like the idea of the ESCs and Flight Controler being integrated in the frame. Get one blown ESC (a $6 part for the Eachine) and you have to but a $65 control board and totally dismantle/rebuild the quad and then reprogram the Flight controller. Nighthawk arms are $10 (you will break some), Eachine $2.50 or $1.30. The Eachine also includes a battery and charger.
