The COVID-19 virus and the pandemic that has followed it has without a doubt been a defining event of this generation. As a silver lining, the Covid-19 restrictions have lead to a resurgence animals in the wild. In this example it has lead to a resurgence of sea mammals in Thailand. Covid-19 wildlife resurgence is occurring in a number of places throughout the world in this case for Thailand.
Drones as a great photographic tool to be able to capture wildlife from perspectives not possible previously. The dugongs are rare sea mammals that are returning to the coastal areas of Thailand. Video is by Time and was published on Twitter.
