    Long story short, bought my Mavic Pro through Best Buy. Operator error while trying to connect Goggles caused oops you know it a crash! Contacted DJI Support, sent it back to repair facility on their dime, great communications through process, damage was minut and thought quick fix would be end if it. Psych.... it was, entire process took under 3 weeks, funny thing is they sent me a brand new drone, what's up with that? Pleasantly surprised but curious as to why a new unit, anyways from the research I did on service from DJI I was Leary about purchasing their product, but oh contrare, service, communication and the overall experience of owning a DJI Mavic Pro is nothing but two thumbs up!
