i decided to take a break from flying the phantom. and went to go fly my Syma for fun.when i turned it on and started it up only two props spun. they were diagonally (front left and back right) . so i opened it up and checked all the parts and they were in good working order i switched out motors and even flipped them around just to see if it would even spin. another thing i tried was changing the battery and that did no good. its almost like the motors arent getting a message to work. could it be something to do with the connection between the motors and the board
    UPDATE

this is what got me i did some testing around and i only had the propellers on the rotors that weren't spinning (front left and back right) and they worked good as new. once i put the other props on that originally spun the other two decided to stop working. then i put one of the problem props and one of the good props on (back right and back left) and it work fine but as soon as i put a third prop on the front left it did not work its like their isnt enough juice to cover the propellers or something is shorting out

Yes, I had exactly the same issue with the Syma, send it back & get another, electrics are fried, happened to me & 2, yes, 2 of my buddies.
No issue returning for a new one
