Hello, my son was given a Storm Drone 6 as a gift. All we need to do it seems is to add a receiver. We do not have instruction but we found the manual online (http://image.helipal.com/helipal-storm-drone-6-v1.0.pdf). It states that the Storm Drone 6 kit initially comes with RadioLink 2.4Ghz AT9 Radio System w/ R9D 9-Ch Receiver. My son already owns a Spektrum DX6 transmitter. I was wondering if anyone could tell me if we have to stick with the radiolink AT9 radio and the R9D receiver or if we can find a receiver that is compatible with Naza Lite and Spektrum DX6. Thank you in advance for your comments.

Oh well. That's a drag as the full RTF version is only $20 more and includes the AT9, battery and charger.

You should be able to get it to work with a Spektrum TX/RX. Do note there will be some compromises when you go to set it up as the DX6 has less channels and switches.

    May as well start here.

Thank you. I will watch the video but I ended up buying the At9 and R9D receiver.
