    Hi everyone,

I am looking to buy my first drone and have seen a Revell Sky Spider in Costco for £53.00 inc VAT. I was wondering if anyone own or has used one of these quads?

Here's the link for the info: http://www.revell.de/en/products/revell-control/quadrocopters/id/23978.html

I would like to add a camera to this. I was also looking at the Hubsan Quads X4 with the built in camera but it looks tiny, and the camera has poor quality. In time I would like to get a DJI Phantom but I need to master the basics and save some more cash.

Any help would be greatly welcomed.

    Sam

This looks like a relabeled v262 - they have brushed motors which can burn out quite quickly, but for the money are great copters - and they can lift a Mobius camera quite easily. In fact, many of my pics in the aerial forum here were taken with a v262 and Mobius.

You'll want to remove that foam cowl as it adds a lot of extra weight. There is discussion of that in our review and continuation thread.

It would be nice for you to confirm it's a relabeled v262 for this reason - parts! There are lots of easily available v262 parts.
